The CMV NXT Tag Team Championships was the first set of tag team titles for CommunityUniverse under the brand of NXT. The belts are only defended in tag team matches. The first holders were The Entourage after, sometime before the first episode of CMV, they won the belts from an un-aired tournament.

The Entourage (Salim Ismail & Matsumoto) won the belts sometime before the first episode of CommunityUniverse. Once they had won it, they were locked in a feud with Wolfpac.
